Since the publication of Law 3/2007 for effective equality between women and men, instruments have been developed to achieve this equality in different areas. In the labor sector, the star instrument has been the so-called Equality Plans.
The GAIA Equality Plan is a document that includes the equality situation of the company with respect to certain areas, as well as the actions to reduce gender discrimination, that is, equality between men and women and/or promote equality.
The attached document includes GAIA's equality plan for the period 2023-2026.
